Militias loyal Baidoa based Somali Government took over Burhakaba

Reliable sources tell Jubbaland Online that Burhakaba district has fallen into the hands of militias loyal to Baidoa based Somali government. The government militias were armed with heavy guns mounted on vehicles and small arms. The militias of the United Slummy Courts (USC) moved out of the city before the government militias moved in.  

 One local resident told Jubbaland Online that the government militias did not meet any resistance because USC militias abandoned the city long before government militias arrived. It is not known what initiated the transitional government to take this step and how the United Courts will react.

 Another local resident said, "I think Ethiopian Troops are giving support and that's what most of the people in Burhakaba believe..."
